PURPOSE/ACTION REQUESTED
Provide the County Board with an update on 2024 elections progress.
SUMMARY
The Elections Department seeks to update the Committee on the Presidential Nomination Primary, as well as the ongoing and comprehensive measures to increase election security. The Department will detail the 2024 communication plan and voter outreach strategies and provide an update on the joint powers agreement for Absentee Balloting Services, which has now been in effect for five elections.
