Schedule a County Board Strategic Planning and Governance workshop to discuss Strategic Planning, Board leadership in 2026 as well as other governance issues
SUMMARY
The Board Operating Rules states that the County Board shall hold a Governance workshop each year to discuss designations for Board leadership positions and other governance issues. Staff recommends this workshop occur on December 5, 2025.
The workshop will also be an opportunity for the Board to discuss strategic planning and governance matters.
