PURPOSE/ACTION REQUESTED
Authorize acceptance of the donated property, entirely encumbered by highway easements for Trunk Highway (TH) 3 and County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 46, from BMR Rosemount Properties LLC (BMR) in City of Rosemount.
SUMMARY
BMR owns property for their floor plant located at 15790 Canada Circle, Rosemount, MN 55068. Through the platting process, they also became owners of a remnant parcel (PIN 34-03210-70-026) that includes right of way for TH 3 and CSAH 46. Rather than owning this unusable property, BMR has requested that the County accept the donated property.

WHEREAS, BMR Rosemount Properties LLC owns real property identified by PID # 34-03210-70-026 and legally described as Parcel 9, Dakota County Road Right of Way Map No.258, according to the recorded map thereof, and Parcels 5 and 5A, Dakota County Road Right of Way Map No. 259A, according to the recorded map thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the property is entirely encumbered by Trunk Highway 3 and County State Aid Highway 46 right of way; and
WHEREAS, BMR Rosemount Properties LLC has no use for the property and is choosing to donate the parcel to the County.
