* Add definitions for "Classification" and Salary Grade"
* Revise section heading and clarifying process for "Classifying New Positions"
* Revise/Update antiquated language throughout

Policy 3160 Compensation Guidelines
* Revise language for Salary Offers to New Employees to comply with Minnesota Pay History Ban law
* Revise language for Promotions to comply with Minnesota Pay History Ban law
* Revise/Update antiquated language throughout
