RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, new subdivisions adjoining County highways are reviewed under Dakota County Contiguous Plat Ordinance No. 108; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance requires new subdivisions adjoining County highways to comply with County access spacing and right of way guidelines; and
WHEREAS, the guidelines preserve existing and future highway corridors to accommodate existing and forecasted traffic volumes safely and efficiently; and
WHEREAS, the Plat Commission examines plats prior to County Board approval; and
WHEREAS, the Plat Commission has reviewed and recommends approval of the final plat by the County Board; and
WHEREAS, final plat approval by the County Board is subject to the conditions established during the Plat Commission review; and
WHEREAS, the following plat below requires approval by its respective city council prior to the recording of the plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Dakota County Board of Commissioners hereby approves the following final plat:

BACKGROUND
The Plat Commission has reviewed and recommends approval of the final plat by the County Board. The final plat approval by the County Board is subject to the conditions established during the Plat Commission review (Attachments: Meeting Notes and Location Map).
