Authorization To Amend Contract With Qmatic Corporation For Customer Queuing Technology In Service And License Centers
end

PURPOSE/ACTION REQUESTED
Authorize the Service and License Center Director to amend the contract with Qmatic Corporation to obtain additional user licenses and enhance technology.

SUMMARY
The Service and License Center Department implemented customer queuing technology in November of 2021. We are always evolving as an organization and this technology has helped us meet the needs of our customers. Qmatic has modernized the service and license center operations significantly and supports a safe, smooth customer journey form start to finish.

Due to the ADC counter remodel, additional LED displays along with additional user licenses need to be purchased. This will allow customers to better understand where to go once they check in for service. The additional licenses will allow the expansion of the technology throughout both the Service and License Center and Property Taxation and Records Departments at ADC.

These enhancements are available through Insight Public Sector cooperative purchasing contracts.
