The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Slavik who welcomed everyone and  
opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Public Hearing To Receive Comments On Proposed 2026 Dakota County

Budget And Levy  
The time being 6:21 p.m., and pursuant to public notice, a public hearing was  
conducted for the purpose of receiving comments on Proposed 2026 Dakota  
County Budget and Levy. Finance Director Will Wallo briefed this item and the  
public hearing was opened. The following people were present and provided  
comments:
